We look forward to a smooth swap transaction with you. By checking next to
the "I agree" checkbox before completing any transaction on the SwapYourGames.com
web site, you agree to the following terms:
1. After receiving your package from us, you agree to put your used game package
in the mail (using the provided postage paid return envelope) to go out in the
next business day's mail. If we have not received your package in a timely manner,
we reserve the right to charge you a late fee of $5. If, 2 weeks after you receive
your package from us, we have not received your return package, we reserve the
right to charge your credit card the full retail price of the games you received
from us, plus shipping and handling, plus a $5 fee.
2. You agree that you will include in your return package
the original game disc in perfect playable condition and
in good visible condition. Minor scratches on the disc
are acceptable as long as they do not affect playability
whatsoever.
3. If you stated that you will include the game's manual,
you agree that you will include in your return package
the original instruction manual that came with your game.
The instruction manual must be in good condition. Minor
signs of use are acceptable.
If you do not include the original instruction manual, we reserve the right to
charge your credit card $5.00.
4. If you stated that you will include the game's cover
insert, you agree that you will include in your return
package the original game cover insert in good condition.
Minor signs of use are acceptable. The game insert can
be retrieved by opening the case wide and sliding the
game insert from behind the plastic cover out of the top
of the case.
If you do not include the original game cover insert, we reserve the right to
charge your credit card $2.00.
5. We reserve the right to return your used game to you
if we feel that any of the criteria in this agreement
are not met. If we decide to send your original used game
back to you, we will let you know via email.
In the case that we decide to send back your game package
due to your game not meeting the required condition standards,
we will either a) send you back your game package and
request that you send back the game we sent you (in this
case, we will charge your credit card the extra shipping
costs + a $5 inconvenience fee); or b) send you back your
game and charge you the retail price of the game we sent
you as if it were new.
8. You agree that if you receive your used game back from
us due to your game not meeting the required condition
standards, you will return to us your requested used game
within 48 hours of receipt of your original used game.
(This means you will put it in your mailbox to be sent
within 48 hours of receipt of your original game.) If
you do not return it within 48 hours of receipt, we reserve
the right to charge your credit card the retail price
of the game we first sent you as if it were new.
9. You agree that if you receive your used game back from
us, you will be charged an additional $5 for shipping
and handling both ways.
